Hello all I am new the the site. Been smoking 10+years and have outgrown my 3 vertical smokers. I am starting my first oil tank smoker project.
I smoke a lot of pork shoulder it the vertical smaller is difficult to do ribs or full briskets. I do about 50 lbs every Labor Day and for a church fundraiser I help do 350 lbs of pork shoulder every year.
I want to be able to smoke 4-6 pork shoulders, 12 racks of ribs and 2 briskets all at the same time..
