Looking at the MES 40". I know some have the window to see the meat. Wouldn't it just soot up after a few uses? I would like an all stainless one, but not sure about the window. Any thoughts?
It's almost a must to clean the window after every smoke.
During long smokes (like butts) I've had it get to a point where it pretty much was useless.
If I were to buy another MES, it would have a window.
