Finished up and they were great! I haven't made ribs of any kind for a while so it was tasty. We only ate one rack last night. I put the other rack on a baking sheet and wrapped the sheet in foil and put it in the fridge. Any suggestions on warming it back up for supper tonight? I was just going to put the wrapped baking sheet in the oven at 300 for an hour or so.
