I used a KC Rib Rub I picked up at the City Market in KC earlier this month. They have been on there for about three hours so far. The Temps have been around 250 to 275.
Finished up and they were great! I haven't made ribs of any kind for a while so it was tasty. We only ate one rack last night. I put the other rack on a baking sheet and wrapped the sheet in foil and put it in the fridge. Any suggestions on warming it back up for supper tonight? I was just going to put the wrapped baking sheet in the oven at 300 for an hour or so.
