I can't remeber eating one. My wife makes pork tender loin but swears plain pork loin is tough and a crappy meat. She was pissed when I came home with so many haha.
What should I do with these? I bought 3 weighing about 4.5lbs each. I assume when cooked properly they are tender and juicy (I won't tell her that hahhaha). Any recipe ideas? Thanks!
