Well I picked up a bottom round steak and marinade it in MOJO for about a hour wish it would have been longer but the Indians where getting restless make a little smoke pouch thew it on the gas grill and we where off.



Dam phone lost the finished product. After the steak came off it was perfect medium rare on the ends and rare in the middle perfect. YES! I heated the remaining marinade in the micro and let it cool then drisal it over the meat.
