What's up fellas...
New member here from central Pa. I'm 41, married with 2 young kids. Self employed flooring contractor.
Been grilling all my life on propane grill, but relatively new to smoking. Been tinkering around a bit lately with my Dad's smoker. Getting ready to pick up a GMG pellet smoker this week.
So far only have done wings, chicken halves and some mini pork shoulder. Looking forward to expanding on that experience and learning the ropes as I go.
Just reading through this forum, it appears there is a lot experience here and guys willing to help out new guys like me.
