Thanks for the great info on this site. Recently got a mes 30 gen 2(I've read the cons of is model :) but at least it's a late model with the vent on the top not the side. I've already ordered and received the amnps so I can't wait for the first smoke.

Seasoned it up tonight and I think I'll start with some baby backs tomorrow.

Again thanks for all the amazing info and of course I've bookmarked bears step by steps.
