My name is Curt.  I live in Hudson, Colorado and I have been smoking for 50 plus years and I bought a Treager Texas about  2 1/2 years ago and it opened up a whole new world of smoking for me.  I also have a cold smoker attached to the Traeger as well as a Smoke Daddy attached to the Traeger.  I have smoked just about all kinds of Beef, chicken, turkeys, fish, shellfish ,pork and cheeses,  and have smoked different veggies, (the best being stuffed zucchini.  I have baked pies, bread, pizza, cookies, crisps, and just about anything I could smoke but I have never done a beef heart.  I would like to know if anyone has a good recipe for   smoking a beef heart.  I planned on using yellow mustard, Jeffs rub and going from there.  Thanks,  Curt
