Well i had not planned on smokong anything this week then plans changed. AC in the house broke preventing me from going out of town today so I decided to pull a turkey breast out and smoke it. Thos was a 8lb tirkey breast bone on with ribs. I didnt have time to brine this thing this time which i would recomend doing. I rubbed this thing with spog. Injected with creole butter. Warmed up the smoker to 325° and got to smoking!
