Hello all,

My name is jason from kingsville ontario. Completely new to smoking, received a smoker for fathers day. I've always enjoyed eating smoked meat,why not try it for myself right? I did my first smoke today with chicken thighs and i think it turned out pretty good. Could really taste the hickory. Im looking for all the help i can get to be really good at it. Thanks

Sorry for the picture quality it was a last minute decision after i ate most of them..
