Mini-WSM doing what the Mini-WSM does best!

Last night I did my Roadside Chicken and grilled corn salad. Both required an indirect cook and a direct cook. Which is the perfect thing for the mini-wsm.

I might try that chicken brine this week.

Adam its a great brine! Next go around I am going to do a whole chicken (spatchcocked).  I was also thinking this would be good on pork and beef as well.

Nice Looking Yard Bird    I got confused  I thought said " RoadKill Chicken"  thought you ran over one of your neighbors chickens !!!

Thanks Gary!

We do have neighbors with chickens so ya never know what might happen when they quit layin!
