Hey every one, I am Jaime from Harriston Ontario Canada .. Been smoking for about 6 months on a 30" cook master master built electric smoker, not digital and is a cheaper model for sure.. But I have turned out some really decent bbq so far ..Been having an issues lately so I've joined the forum to get some help and tips from some experienced cooks. My main issue is that It doesn't always get up to temperature properly lately and wants to sit around 150f so everything takes longer to cook. So I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue with this smoker .. I am hoping the element is not going .. Thanks

Welcome from SC, Jaime. I don't know anything about electric smokers, but there are lots of folks on here who use them. So, I'm sure you will get some info. Good luck, Joe
