Happy Father's Day All! So I was asked what I wanted for fathers day dinner and I decided I would smoke some baby back pork ribs. I got them from my local butcher/meat market here in town. I rubbed then with salt,black pepper,granulated garlic,paprika,cayenne pepper, and celery salt. Im doing a 3-2-1/2 method which has worked great for me many times in the past. Ill keep you updated.
