My name is Mark from Kingston, TN. We have a outdoor propane, charcoal and offset box smoker. We like indirect smoking most everything, but sometimes we will do direct cooking. Mostly use Hickory wood but experiment with pecan and some other woods. As far as what meats, we like smoking pork ribs, butts, loins, shoulders, brisket, hot dogs, sausages, hamburgers and brown gravy.

Glad to be here and excited on whats to come.
