Hey everybody, I live in Indiana, love sports, just about anything outdoors. I have never smoked any meats before but would love to give it a try and become great at it. I have looked into and decided to build a file cabinet smoker, for my first smoker since it seems that it is fairly cheap to build. I will be looking for any insight, help, or suggestions that anyone is willing to give on the build or how to smoke the meats after. I look forward to hearing from other members and talking with you along the way. Thank you in advance.
