Just wanted to stop by and say hello! My name is Dan ive only been experimenting with smoking for about a year now.

Currently only have a 22" weber kettle grill but have gotten pretty decent at keeping it in the 225-250 range. I live in upstate/central new york about 3o minutes north of syracuse.

I hope to one day get  decent offset stick burner. Here are a few of my experiments. My main goal is to some day perfect the beef brisket. Thats my alltime favorite meat. Growing up in Oklahoma it was always around in abundance. Not so much up here in yankee land.
