I deserved it, I have been a good boy! This was smoked in my new non-gen 2.5 smoker. It worked perfectly and pretty darn happy about that!

Look at the juicy in tose tender tender chops!

These were less than 2.00/lb. and they smell and taste better than they look......

Thank you sir.

 

I used Hog Squeal, its my favorite pork rub at the moment. I smoked with pecan.

 

They were really delicious, melt in your mouth tender too!

Thank you Case.

 

Not this time, had sliced tomatoes, fried okra, an some noodles alfredo. It didn't have that much clolestrol in it.

 

And most definately light on the wallet!
