Hello everyone. I've been reading a lot of information on the forum and then bought a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric smoker. The ideas have been great on here and look forward to reading more. I live in Surrey British Columbia (near Vancouver). I have had the smoker for 1.5 months and have used it every weekend. Have done 3 pork butts, hamburgers, ribs, pork loin and lots of bacon. If you haven't smoked thick cut bacon you have to try it.
