Marinated four whole chickens night before. Next day put the rub on put in the smoker and cooked until 165, the chicken stalled so I pulled them out and wrapped in aluminum foil, put them in a cooler wrapped in a heavy bath towel for about four hours. When I went to pull the chicken apart it was so juicy and still so hot had to where rubber gloves. The leg pulled right out of it with hardly no tug. They were so good. Sorry no pics.
