Wrapped chicken

Thread Starter

Been a busy week for me and I did this smoke last week and will do it again just with some larger breasts, Larger breasts are always better :30:

Yes the WIFE bought the bacon

This is a great little rub sweet with a small kick

I let these set for about 6hrs in the fridge to absorb the yummyness

Wrapped and ready for the MES with Cherry Pellets

Getting close smoking 250 for a couple of hrs

Done wife already took hers she was hungry

and these came out perfect not dry at all.

What a great weekend it was - hope you all had fun also.

A full smoker is a happy smoker

Larger breasts are better...:rotflmao:...

Huckleberry Rub...sweet n lil' heat...sounds interesting. I've come to a temporary point where smaller cuts of beef and pork just don't appeal to me...well, pork shoulder steak is still nice eating, and the occasional chucky, as well. But, poultry is more my game, lately, sooooo... I don't suppose that rub is sold around here...I couldn't be that lucky. I might have to expand my fruit-based rub recipes again and start another round of experiments, after locating some huckleberry...let the research and brain-storming begin. Crap, this is what I get for looking...see what you did to me?!?!?! LOL!!!

Looks and sounds like you had a nice dinner for your efforts!!!

Thanks for the rub idea...somethings ya just gotta roll with it and see where it goes, right?

Even though I'm sure you liked these breasts just fine, I believe you will like the larger breasts much better. (At least that has been my experience.)

Anyway, it was a great thread, definitely worth :points:
