Need a Recommendation for Friday

Would anyone be able to suggest what I should smoke this upcoming Friday? I would prefer something easy, since I'm still a newbie. My family rejected the London Broils I made this last Friday (probably because of the mesquite wood.

 

Is salmon fairly easy?

How bout a pork butt for pulled pork & some ABT's for an appetizer !

What waterin said, doesn't get much easier than pulled pork.

I'm a "newbee" also. I've done whole chickens twice. Fairly easy and they came out fantastic......

What's ABT's?

Get some jalapeño peppers, slice in half... Hollow them out (remove the seeds & membrane). Fill both halves with cream cheese, wrap each with a slice of thin bacon & smoke at low temp (225-250*) for a couple hours til the bacon is crispy ! These things are awesome ! icon14.gif
