Salomon filet

My fist filet,just a little salt and pepper. I used Applewood for smoke

What temp did u use and how long did u smoke it for

I did a small amount of Salmon last weekend turned out great but reading this thread will help me when I give it my second go tomorrow with a larger portion of fishThumbs Up

Brush with salad dressing mixed with fresh chopped fill. I use Newman's Sesame Ginger dressing. Then coat libetally with rub. I like Pork Barrel rub from Sam's Club. Huge container for $7. Cook 25-30 min skin side down at 325 degrees. Amazing.
