I have been using Jeff's Rub and Sauce for a Year. 20 year smoker on the same offset until 3 weeks ago when the bottom Literally  fell out. Now using a new Longhorn with all the Mods (I know it's not a Shirley ) and Smokin up Anthem , AZ. Neighbors Love when I fire up at 4:00 AM but tend to forgive when I share. Love taping in to all the knowledge on this forum.
