Got them off about 6:00 and all I can say is daaaamn! Had great bark, wonderful smell and great taste. Even had the nice pink ring!

I think my gauge is reading cool I cooked these for just under 2 hours, then wrapped in tin foil with a shot of scotch for 45 minutes then another 30 unwrapped and getting a sauce bath

Looking great. What did you use for a glaze? The finish looks really shiney.

Before cooking used McCormick grill mates smoke house maple as a rub
Then used scotch in the foil
And Sweet Baby Rays maple and Brown sugar sauce about 30 minutes before pulling off grill
