Tomorrow I intend on smoking London Broil. Please advise in regards to temperature and cook time.
Last one I did, the smoker temp was around 225 and pulled it with an IT of about 135 then did a reverse sear for a couple minutes on each side in a hot cast iron skillet with a touch of oil.
Yep this will work fine. Or if you want it to spend more time in the smoke you can cut your temp to 200.
