Wife wanted to do a party at the park for our Anniversary. We took a lot of pictures before everyone started showing up but got so busy we forgot to take pictures during the party.

My Daughter lives in Seward Alaska. Our kids surprise us with Airline tickets to Alaska. Can't wait to go. Well here before pictures.....enjoy

Homemade BBQ Sauce, one sweet and one little spicy

chop up pork butt for the Moinks

cheese to put in the moinks

Moinks in a mushroom wrap in bacon

Chicken  bites

My 3 helpers....always ready to clean the floor if I drop something,

She my taste tester

Ranch dressing with cheese and chicken for the ABT

Putting Garlic Butter under the skin

Pork Shots.

Weighing out the Hamburgers and sliders

Smoked 4 butts for pulled pork

At the Park smoking up the appetizers

Have both the UDS and the gas smoker going
