I'm Homer and I'm from Canberra, Australia (aka-Oz).
FYI, Canberra, is the National Capital of Australia.... so if you thought Sydney was the capital, well that would be incorrect.
Geography and History lesson over, I'll bring you up to speed on myself.
I like to go out into the wilds of Australia (and other South Pacific locations) and harvest my own organic wildlife/fish and game, and then prepare it for the table.
I have only recently, almost completed my own Cold Smoking set-up, in my back yard and hope to be able to locate some useful information (and help out where I can), on this great forum!
