Hi all. I'm just an Ordinary Guy looking to learn how to smoke......
I bought a Traeger to start with.... sort of on a whim, I saw a demo going on and walked over,,,, never should have done that....LOL
I have been thinking about learning but just didn't have the time to start.... Well now I have a lot to learn.
I bought the small one to start with and figured I would get the lumps and bumps out of the way and get some knowledge before I bought what would be my Holy Grail of smokers.....
I have used it 3 times and getting more knowledge each time,,, I came here in search of real wood pellets and found the info I wanted in one of the posts here.. Just ordered some real wood pellets from A-MAZE-N Products, Can't wait for them to show up ......
