Bern watching all day and patiently waiting these to get completed!
Now they are foiled with brown sugar and an apple juice mixed with little molasses, maple whiskey that I reduced down, and three pigs seasoning.

Seasonings that I used was jeffs on first then three pigs touch of cherry followed by little magic dust to give little heat. Looked awesome while they sat sweating! Usually just use apple juice but wanted to do little different and seen people use maple syrup but I didn't have that so went with the maple whiskey! Smelt good.

Side will be some fresh aspargus marinated in balsamic vinaigrette grilled over some nice coals.

Looking good! I did some with magic dust and was surprised at the lack of kick, I'm blaming our possibly old cayenne. Don't forget more pics!

SA, Looking good , I hope you saved some maple whiskey for medicinal purposes !

Out of the foil...meat pulling away from the bone but they all held together when it went back on the smoker to be half sauced and half left dry
I'll add more pictures when it allows me too... I've tried and keeps coming back empty into the post.

aspargus in the weber
opened foil and was little worried they were falling apart (only in foil for little over hour)
off the smoker
money shot of the non sauced side
money shot of the sauced side. Little smoke ring.
this is for CrazyMoon

All in all these didn't fall completely apart they held together great. The bite on both sides seamed little tough but was a good clean bite. I really liked the non sauced side and will use the maple whiskey mixture again and do them completely dry next time. Maybe even not wrapped and just mop with it. It was apple and maple flavor and was a mahogany look.

Happy Smoking All! (Just purchased 2 butts for .99 a lb) so watch out for more qview in the future!
