Chouteau, OK
Greetings fellow smokers!

Been lurking for awhile reading the forums and decided to sign up.

I'm 36 years old and have been smoking meat since I was about 12. I live in Chouteau, Oklahoma and work in Tulsa. I grew up on the cheap vertical water smokers. Now I have a Char-Griller offset smoker which I have had for about 10 years. But it's getting a little long in the tooth and I'm looking to upgrade to a bigger and better smoker.

At the same time, I am also looking into building my own large trailer mounted smoker that I can cook for events and contests with. And also my brother is getting married in June of 2016, and he wants me to smoke a bunch of meat for the wedding. So that would be a good excuse to waste a bunch money to build a large smoker, which makes more sense than wasting a bunch of money to rent one for the wedding.

Anyway, I'm mostly a brisket guy.

Here's a couple of pictures of my current set up from a few years ago.
