Had 6 Chicken Thighs brined over night rubbed and ready for the mini.Thunder storm arrived early, had the bird parts in at 250*, vents part open knowing temp would come up.

In the mini

10 minutes later

30 minutes later

had a break about 1hr plus into the smoke ran out and they were done.

Checked with my therma pen 180+ so crispy and moist.

Thanks for looking

Nice smoke! Thunderstorms are no match for the Mini-wsm! We've been having T-storms the last week and forecasted for another week.

Hey , Tropics . You have a marvelous looking plate of Chicken , and the little cooker is nice too :icon_exclaim: .

I was going to offer a suggestion , but you seem to have it covered (pardon the pun) : http://www.sears.com/patio-umbrella-patio-hanging-umbrella-10'-sun-shade/p-SPM3323955921?prdNo=13&blockNo=13&blockType=G13

You need to construct a Q-Ban in the back.  .  .:ROTF

Have fun and . . .
