Hi fabulous smoking winos (better than rhinos, right) and happy June!

I grilled some bison burgers in the rain and today, paired with Defesa red from Portugal! Just stunning! (That's Syrah blended with Touriga Nacional- the latter being the popular red wine grape in Portugal and adding some dry and amazing structure to the wine).
