Awesome job Justin, great looking plate. I bet it tasted mmmmm gooodddd.

This is point deserving meal.

Glad you're experimenting with the tumbler. We know it kicks butt for boneless skinless breasts for sure.

Bryce

Thanks a bunch Bryce, yea I'am trying to see how the tumbler works on different things.... I think this smoke was on me as far as the skin not turning out to my liking. Like I say, the skin wasn't bad just not what I prefer but the fam said they liked it ! And I've told em to be honest with me.... Lol. Don't hold back if I can improve it, I consider it constructive criticism ! Next will be a sirloin steak in the tumbler to see how that turns out ! Did you get a tumbler ?

Family will tell ya how it is!

I still haven't bought one. Been distracted with super busy work days as well as selling and buying a new home so smoking has kind of taken a back seat but i might do something this weekend.

Hope all is well

Bryce

Does the tumbler speed up the marinade time? I haven't see one of those before great looking food!

Hey Justin

Great looking meal--I was there.

Gotta try those ABTs with the blue cheese.  Miss Linda doesn't do the heat well, and hates blue cheese, so they'll be all for ME.

Gary

Thanks Gary, much appreciated ! The blue cheese ABTs were a nice change of pace. Hope ya enjoy them !

Thanks ! The tumbler seriously reduces the marinading time ! I can marinade in 20 min vs overnite.... Most the stuff I've done so far is while the smoker is coming to temp ! It's been a great addition to the Q accessory fam !

Thanks for the bump Foam ! Ya toss anything in the smoker this weekend ?
Nope, but I did get my new MES40, 2.5 set up and seasoned finially. I did throw a couple of HUGE aged beef center cut filets on the grill though. Nothing but salt!

I seriously contemplated a little Mo "Dust", but these steaks were so pretty thought they could stand up on their own, I was lucky.... I was right.

Mostly watching the NCAA Super Regional games and laughing at my nephew talking about the comming home party in Baton Rouge for the golf team. They seem so grown up, then they get to telling on themselves....LOL They are still just goofy big pawed college kids.
