Greetings from the middle of the mitten! I have a Weber smoker, and need to learn how to make some smoke-goodness happen!
Thinking turkey and briskets would be a big hit around my house...
I am a blank slate, so the only thing I'm not open to is investing in a bigger-better smoker (The Weber is a gift from a family-member). Techniques, recipes, tips and the like are what I hope to get from this forum.
