Found the forum here the other day while researching electric smokers.
I've been smoking meat on my gas grill for a couple of years now using an indirect cooking method.
Pork, I am really good at, brisket... still a work in progress.
Decided it was time to take the next step and get a proper smoker.
After reading several posts here I went with the Masterbuilt 20078715 - 30inch model.
It will get here on Tuesday... can't wait to fire it up and try out some of the recipes I've seen here.
