New to the forum and relatively new to smoking meat. I have had some success smoking on my weber kettle grill. We are pretty involved in our church and have a large extended family in the area and thought it would be fun to cook for more people. I recently bought a home built 120 gallon reverse flow smoker and have been slowly learning it. The biggest challenge is to carve the time necessary between my work, family (3 kids), and reserve responsibilities. I'm looking forward to maybe learning about the time management side of smoking and picking up tips and tricks to improve all around.
