So thanks to Gary S and Chief Willie I decided to try these since I live in KY and they are hard to find here. I followed the recipe and they turned out great. Sorry I didn't get a lot of Q view but it's hard to do while stuffing sausage. Thanks guys.

Dang it man that looks good, recipe?? I will have to try this since I just got my freezer full and looking for more recipes to do. 

 

How many pounds did you do? 5lbs?

Yea it's 5 pounds. if you put hot links Texas style in the search bar you will fing the recipe I used it's the one posted by Gary S and it's chief Willies recipe very very good and spicy.
