Been on quite the smoking kick recently. Decided on breasts tonight, turned out great. Smoked for about 1.45 minutes and then onto the grill. No pictures of the process since I wasn't planning on posting pictures for this smoke but decided to share the final results.

Smokey chicken and very moist.

My plate. Good stuff. The sauce is the Trader Joe's BBQ sauce with some Arizona Gunslinger Habanero Pepper Sauce mixed in. This is my kick'n sauce.

Also, had a little fillet of fish we thawed and tossed on there as well. Turned out very, very good. We were totally surprised!

Hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day.

Thanks

Bryce

Thanks guys!

I really can't remember what kind of fish it was but we have it narrowed down to halibut or (cough cough) pollock. We bought a box of individually frozen servings at Costco.

Smoked up good though.
