First Insulated Vertical Smoker build

The main frame is made out of 2" X1/8" wall box tubing. The water/drain pan is made out of 1/4" plate.  The firebox is lined with 1/4" plate and  cooking chamber 12 gauge cold roll, along with the outershell and exhaust stack. It is fully insulated with 2" insulation. The doors are made out of 1/4" plate, 1" box tubing, 1" thick insulation and 12 gauge cold roll with a 5/8" fiberglass rope seal. The grates are made out 1"x 1/8"  thick angle and 3/4" x9 raised face expanded metal. The charcoal box and ash pan is made out of 12 gauge plate, 1"x 1/8" angle, 1/2" round bar, and 3/4" x9 raised face expanded metal and will hold right at 30lbs of charcoal. The outrigger frame is made out of 2"x3/16" wall box tubing with 5" casters. It weighs right out 800lbs.
