So after the jerk wings didn't turn out as well as I had hoped it on the mini, I decided to stick with what I know and do my batch on the Q.
These wings were washed and dried and then doused in olive oil and my all-purpose chicken rub. Then I put them on the Q over direct medium heat for roughly 10 minutes on each side. After I turned them, I heated up some Frank's red hot wing sauce. Once the wings were done, I pulled them off and then doused them in the Frank's. This is my personal favorite way to do wings.
