10 racks of St.Louis Ribs with the dog watching over them. I found a recipe for a bourbon brown sugar glaze! I am excited!

I smoked with mesquite for 5 hours until they had a great bend. I used this recipe for the sauce which i mopped up every half hour at hour 3. tender and flavorful. Also smoked the mac & cheese.
