T-Bone Steak and Baked Tater (+ Big Bonus Breakfast)

T-Bone Steak and Baked Tater (+ Big Bonus Breakfast)

I checked out the prices Friday morning, and saw Ribeye @ $8.99, and T-Bone @ $5.98 if you buy 3 or more, so T-Bone it is!!

So below you can see what I did with what I had for Friday’s Supper, and then for my Breakfast the next morning.

The Breakfast was just for Me, as Mrs Bear only eats “Oatmeal” for Breakfast !!!

Note:  This is not a True Step by Step. It’s just a “ Look what I did post!! “
Therefore like a couple hundred other Bear Smokes, this one will not get into my Step by Step Index.

Hope you all enjoy the Views.

Bear

T-Bones on sale $5.98 if you buy 3 or more:

Onto my Weber “Q”:

Closer Look:

I gotta get bigger plates!!!

Here’s a Quick Look at the inside——Maybe a little too Rare?? Oh Well--I'll suffer through it !!

Next Day Breakfast ——— Bear Style!!

Ingredients—Leftover Baked Tater, Leftover T-Bone Steak, 3 short slices of Bear’s Extra Smoky Bacon, 2 Eggs, and a Little Butter:

First I slice the Baked Tater, slice the T-bone pieces, and crack 2 Eggs in a cup:

Spread the Bacon pieces out in a pan:

Add a little Butter to the Bacon pieces:

Stir 2 TBS of milk in with the 2 Eggs, and add mixture to the Bacon Pieces:

Flip it around in the Pan until it looks like this:

Remove Eggs & Bacon, and put Baked Tater slices in Pan with Butter. Flip them around awhile.
When the Tater slices are nice and crispy brown on the outside, add the Thin Slices of T-Bone Steak to the Pan:

Brown both sides of the Steak pieces quickly:

Move everything to plate & add black pepper (and salt if you like):

Thanks Foamy!!

I gotta make that Bacon & Eggs mixed thing now & then.

You wouldn't believe where I learned that one:

After I got out of the Army, we lived at Mrs Bear's parents for a month until settlement on our new house.

I was working from 4 to 12 Midnight, and Mrs Bear worked during the day.

So I'd get home from work about 1 AM, and Mrs Bear's Mom would always make me something to eat.

That Bacon & Scrambled Eggs mixed was my favorite of the things she made for me.

The Females in that Family sure knew how to spoil me, and Mrs Bear still does!!

Cool Story, I guess it's our, our parents and grandparents generation on the cooking. My wife's mother would jump up no matter what time it was and fix you something to eat. My wife is the same way, with the kids and especially with the grand kids . I told her just the other day "There isn't any danger of anyone going hungry around here.)

You know how to tease , dang , and I'm Q-en tomorrow and have no $ for a T-Bone ,.

Now you're talking brother. Steak and Eggs. Nothing better. And won't smell the kitchen up like those fish eggs you cooked earlier!  LOL

If we catch a good sale, we can do pretty good on Beef.

We have more trouble with Pork. Never see BabyBacks under $5.49 around here. I gave up & only smoke Full Pork Spares at about $2.99.
