just a quick view of todays smoke

double smoked ham, canned ham to deli slice

boston butt for pulled pork on top, still have some hamburger meat to put in for smoked sloppy joe's. more pics later on.
 
Looks outstanding. Can you upload a photo of the back of the cabinet? Do you have a door you can open or a removable panel for access to the rear of the smoker should you need to remove the grease tray or to do any repairs that might be required?
 
I'll get you a photo, but the back is solid with a hole for the elec cord and one more where the tube for the grease line is and the tray is replaced with a hose on the tube which drops below my deck. All outside panels are covered with flexi-dip which is a spray on plastic and then painted including roof to protect from sun and weather.
