I love waking up in the morning and seeing my beautiful wife next to me and then stepping out on the back porch and opening my smoker to find this:
My lovely wife picked up a small prime brisket for me yesterday so when I got home from a week on the road I rubbed it down and chucked it in the #2 and enjoyed a good nights sleep.

I she goes with some Peach, Cherry and a sliver of hickory, 235* till she hits 195*.
Was ready and was already cooling down when I go up. Let it sit a bit then separated the point from the flat for slicing and here she is in all her glory:
