I decided to smoke some short beef ribs


I then thought some St. Louis ribs would go well with them


Here they are trimmed and with the membranes removed and rubbed down .Now  ready for the smoker with some pitmasters pellets and the AMNPS


I did 3hrs at 225*,2hrs wrapped in foil with apple juice and a1/2 hour naked for some good eats !

 
Making me want ribs,that means a brew or 2 with them. 6:00 A.M. Nice job CM
