This cooker is my Jumbo mini (jimmy) but it's equivalent in size to the 18.5"
If you want to add capacity or add cooking options this can help you...all you need is to remove your water pan, get a hinged grate and make some hooks. You can hang on both hinge sides or just one and also utilize both grates if you have an additional hinged grate. The hooks cost less than 3 dollars to make and it's stupid easy.
Here's todays cook. I got the csr's on sale for 1.39 lb. :) Soaked the corn for a couple of hours then rubbed the csr's and on to the jimmy. I banked up 1/2 chimney on the side i was hanging the CSR's and cooked around 300*, the corn road on top.
Thanks for looking and have a GREAT Memorial Day weekend!
Keep the hinged grate up or close it if you want to utilize the extra grate space.
The jimmy settled into 300* very quick and kept it there.
