Nice of them to do and I really do like their hog casings & their red 30 MM collagen casing is sweet to use for Not So Slim Jims. Have any of you guys tried their dry mixes for sausage/sticks etc? I have yet to try a commercially made product in any sausage but might give one a try on my next order if a 'thumbs up' was given. Thanks.....Willie
