Bacon wrapped drumsticks

Found a good pack of legs on sale. I have a half pound of bacon looking for a home, so I figured wrapping the drumsticks is a good use.

Got any finished pics? Did you get the bacon and the skin crispy? It looks like you were off to a great start!

Yep, ran them at 365 for an hour. Perfectly crispy outsid, juicy inside and great flavor. I rubbed them in the sams club roticessorie chicken rub.
Ready to pull
Plated up. Weird sides for chicken I know, but the wife wanted egg drop soup and we need to get through some celery.

At least your using stuff up, I'm ashamed at the amount of food that goes to waste around here. Finished chix look great!
