I started smoking maybe 10 years ago. A buddy started out with an ECB (El Cheapo Brinkmann) and I decided to grab one and start doing the same. Its held up through 1 replacement water pan. After the char pan went last weekend, I ended up getting a Brinkmann Vertical Trailmaster Limited. I havent baptized it yet, I will be adding some additional gaskets/seals.
I mostly smoke the occasional brisket, ribs, turkey, sausage and chicken. I havent done any fish yet.
